  • Schedule the property for an agent tour or open house, as applicable in your area
  • Take pictures of property to upload on the local MLS, and as a Featured Listing on EasternIdahoRealty.com, IdahoFallsIdahoHomes.com, BonnevilleCountyHomes.com, and many more real estate syndication network websites... Your home or property will be found online!
  • Create Virtual Tour of property to post online and link to multiple real estate websites, as applicable
  • Customize listing information on EasternIdahoRealty.com,, IdahoFallsIdahoHomes.com, BonnevilleCountyHomes.com and other real estate websites.
  • Place ad in Eastern Idaho's #1 real estate publication, the HomeTeam Real Estate & Recreation Guide
  • Contact all potential buyers with detailed information about newly listed property
  • Provide business cards for seller to share with any prospects that inquire about property, therefore, allowing me handle all the questions
  • Schedule showing times for other agents
  • Pre-qualify potential buyers with reputable lenders
  • Show the listed property to qualified buyers
  • Contact seller regularly with verbal progress reports
  • Review marketing activities with seller
  • Present and discuss all written offers as presented in a timely fashion
  • Assist with negotiations of price and other conditions
  • Provide an estimate of net sales proceeds
  • Upon acceptance of an offer, monitor all activities up through the closing process
