o     Remember that I can provide information and show you homes that are listed with other agents; so if you see a home during a drive by or in the media, call me with the information or address and I will glad to assist you!

 

·      I will provide you with recommendations for financing through reputable local lenders. 

 

o      I encourage you to get prequalified for financing before looking at homes…this allows you to know what the bank will loan you, rather than solely relying on what you think you can afford. 

 

o     After being prequalified for a home loan, we will look at homes with a purchase price and a monthly payment within what you know you can budget and afford.

 

·      Access to my premium website www.jaredtaylor.net, 24/7/365 with up-to-date and available listings complete with property details, additional pictures, maps, addresses, and much more! 

 

o     Click on Property Search and input criteria based on your search preferences.

 

o     Click on Perfect Home Finder (Realty Watcher) and sign up for automatic email updates for new listings based on the criteria of your search preferences.

 

o     Plus the ability to save your favorite listings, direct links for maps, estimated mortgage payments, school info, to schedule appointments, and much, much more.

 

·      I will provide you with recommendations for reputable home inspectors, in the event that you decide to exercise your right to perform a home inspection.

 

·      I will assist you with negotiations of the price and other conditions of the offer, additional paperwork, and details through closing.

 

·      I will manage all paperwork in a professional and organized fashion.

 

·      I will promptly return all phone calls, emails, and messages within the same business day, and usually always within the hour. 

 

o     In the event I will be out of the area and unable to receive calls, I will provide details consisting in the length of time, and contact information for the agent who will be assisting me during my absence.

 

·      I only get paid and compensated for my time and effort after the purchase of your home is finalized, so it is important that as your agent, I perform to your expectations.
